Sales - We will deliver every item as fast as possible. There will be times when we will not be able to provide certain items due to circumstances beyond our control.

We also reserve the right to limit amounts and quantities of any order. Most recent web site price prevails. Prices and promotions in this site are valid as noted. This will not cause you to be charged more than we list for the cigars.

All items sold by Clints Cigass are intended for personal consumption by its customers or in some caases, resale.

It’s a calling … as anyone who smokes Clints cigars well knows. As a mail order cigar company, we have the pleasure of serving customers from coast to coast and beyond. It’s an honor we take seriously. That’s why we give you a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not happy with a cigar you’ve purchased from us – we will refund it for full credit - promptly and cheerfully. Your smoking pleasure is our priority and we take that seriously.

We do our best to please everyone but know that doesn’t always happen. If you’re enjoying your cigars from us, great, send us an email or drop us a note. If you’re not satisfied, let us know even quicker, by calling us @ 800-441-0560 as soon as possible to request a prompt exchange, credit or refund.

We’ll be happy to reimburse you in full if you’ve smoked only one cigar from a box or bundle, We may require that the product be returned and will provide a paid call tag for the return at no charge.

We would appreciate receiving the returned cigars in the condition you received them – as they may well be returned to the cigar maker if they were defective or unsmokable.. Please do not send cut or partially smoked cigars.

We will gladly refund original shipping under the following situations:

  • You have received defective merchandise.
  • We accidentally shipped you the wrong item.
  • Your cigars were damaged on their way to you.

In the cases above, we will also pay the shipping on your replacement – using the carrier of our choice.

How to make a return for any of our companies

To make a return is easy. Please follow the below steps.

Call or e-mail us with the problem. We’ll provide the solution poste haste. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days of receipt of the request. You will receive an email confirmation when your refund is processed.
